- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in honest, upfront pricing with no hidden fees or surprise charges. Our standard dryer vent cleaning prices start at $159 for first-floor vents, $189 for second-floor vents, and $259 for roof-exit vents. Pricing depends on your vent setup and service needs. If we find an issue that requires additional work, we will explain the problem and discuss the cost with you before proceeding. We never perform additional work without your approval. Our goal is to provide professional service, clear communication, and real value for your money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning about your dryer vent, any concerns you have, and the service you need. We then schedule a convenient appointment and arrive ready to inspect and service your system. Using professional equipment, we remove lint and debris, check for visible issues, and look for problems that could affect airflow or safety. We take before-and-after photos when applicable, explain our findings, and share recommendations if needed. We clean up our work area before leaving. Our goal is to make the process simple, keep you informed, and leave you feeling confident about your dryer vent.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians receive specialized training through the Dryer Vent Superheroes national training program. We use professional tools and equipment designed for dryer vent cleaning, inspection, and maintenance, including agitation brushes, HEPA vacuums, and inspection cameras. Our training focuses on proper cleaning methods, identifying common vent problems, and following safe work practices. We also stay focused on industry standards and best practices so we can help customers maintain safer, better-performing dryer vent systems.
