- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is based on detailed project scope, plans, site conditions, and material selections. We provide clear, written estimates with itemized breakdowns so there are no surprises. Any changes to the scope are discussed and approved in writing before additional work proceeds.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with an initial consultation to understand the project scope and goals. After reviewing plans or visiting the site, we provide a detailed estimate. Once approved, we handle scheduling, materials, permits (if required), and manage the project through completion and final inspection.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 10 years of hands-on construction experience across multiple trades and are NASCLA licensed for residential and commercial general contracting. This allows us to legally and professionally manage larger and more complex projects.
