- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing depends on the size and condition of the vehicle, but for most interior details I stay in the $120–$145 range. I don’t usually charge extra fees unless the job is significantly more involved than expected. I’m flexible with scheduling and can sometimes offer better pricing for repeat customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually start by confirming what the customer wants done and the condition of the vehicle. Once I arrive, I do a full inspection and take photos of the interior. I make sure to communicate if I notice anything unexpected before continuing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I don’t have formal training or certifications. Most of my experience comes from hands-on practice cleaning my own vehicles and working on cars for people I know. I’ve learned through repetition, research, and improving my technique each time I do a job.
