I offer 1 on 1 personal training and small group training in the Holly Springs/Fuquay-Varina area. I will work hard to set each person up with their own individualized program to ensure they their goals. My passion in life is to work together with people to learn how to live a healthy lifestyle. Chad is an excellent personal trainer. I have used others before, but none of them went above and beyond to make sure that I am successful. He gave me nutritional goals, and a nutritional outline so I can prepare my meals accordingly. His workouts are tough but not too challenging and he makes sure that I am using the correct form so I am engaging the necessary muscles. I am so glad I found him!

I hired Chad as my personal Trainer utilizing his services for 1.5 years before he moved out of state. Chad's knowledge & expertise helped me recover from 2 rotator cuff surgeries within the same year. In the year in a half following the injury my shoulder atrophied quite a bit. Once physical therapy ended I started training & was able to exceed my surgeons expectations with Chad's help. As a result I believe I have recovered about 95% of my shoulder mobility and strength. I would highly recommend Chad... he is very personable & takes a genuine interest in his clients needs & goals.

Prior to his relocation, Chad was my personal trainer for several years. During that time, he constantly found ways to both challenge me with each routine, and to keep me motivated to continue working hard each week. Chad was very conscientious, stayed current with new innovations in training, and always showed compassion and concern for my personal safety and well being. I always looked forward to each training session. If you have a chance to work with Chad...take it. He's the absolute best!!!

Chad's professionalism, extensive knowledge in fitness, and continued encouragement has played a large part in my personal growth.
