- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for services is based on number of training sessions trained per week. Investment for a training plan including 2 personal training sessions per week is $65 per session, $60 per session for 3 sessions per week. Cost for in home training(I travel to you) is $75 per session for 2 sessions per week, $70 per session for 3 sessions per week. Pricing for partner training is $45 per person per session for 2 sessions per week and $40 per person per session for 3 sessions per week.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I begin working with a new client, I start with an initial phone call so that we can discuss all details related to their program. We will discuss health history, exercise history, and nutritional history. We will then discuss what your goals are, why you want to achieve them, and when you would like to achieve them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
College degree in physical education & sports management. Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength & Conditioning Association, Crossfit Level 1 Coach.
