We noticed some problems with our home exterior and called Davis Home Improvement and Restoration LLC to see if they could help. They responded almost immediately and came out to look at our place and provide an estimate. During their time working on our house, they were incredibly responsive, timely, and great at communicating when they noticed something we needed to be aware of. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Estimates are free and we also give a 10% discount to our service members, veterans and seniors.
Just let us know when you book an estimate with us if you qualify.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically like to meet with the new customer as to make sure we get all the relative information on the project. We want to make sure we are always on the same page and can make sure the project comes out to the vision they have.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the industry since 2002 when I started working for Cary Reconstruction. I decided to start my own company in 2006.
