I received bids from 6 roofers, all on Thumbtack. Hugh Wheeler of Precision Roofing was very customer-oriented. His packet of information was the most complete, including certificate of insurance, the complete contract with costs itemized, shingle options, and pricing was in the middle of the bidders (one bid was only verbal, others were a little more detailed). He was always responsive to my inquiries and worked with me on the date of installation. His demeanor and that of his crew was respectful and professional.
We did have a little timing set back—mostly due to my home owners insurance and a week delay for the crew to arrive. The roof was replaced in less than a full day and the crew cleaned up all areas, even vacuuming for nails.
There are two other ancillary jobs—power washing my gutters and fixing my chimney cap that are expected to be finished soon.

Hugh responded right away. We set an appointment for Saturday, but he was able to come out 2 days sooner. They did an awesome job fixing a roof leak another contractor left me with. Thank for the great service

From the first visit to determine the seriousness of my leak, through the estimate, shingle selection, scheduling and actual work everything was so easy! The roofers were very professional and conscientious. I would highly recommend Precision Roofing!

I wanted to choose all five items but could only choose three so I will add Responsiveness, as well as, Punctuality. I highly recommend Precision Roofing to anyone who is in the market for a new roof, as I was. Hugh contacted me and met me at the worksite within hours of my contacting him. He was professional and thorough as he was measuring the roof and talking to me about my options. As a 68 year old widow, I was pleased with how I was treated and the excellent value of the work that was performed. They were on time, worked quickly, cleaned up, and left a beautiful roof. I wholeheartedly recommend them for all of your roofing needs.

Hugh was very easy to work with. He came to our home on several occasions to address questions that we had concerning our roofing project before we contracted for the work to be done. He was always very professional and sincere with dealing with us. I have recommended Hugh to several of my neighbors who have also contracted with him to have their roofs replaced.
