Oliver from Fox Dual Services offered to come on a holiday without an additional fee to get my leaking washer fixed (see pic). With a new puppy, this was very generous. He arrived early, explained what was wrong, fixed it within one hour and gave me another tip to prevent a future issue. Fox also uses Venmo and has a 30 day guarantee. I didn’t know Oliver or Fox beforehand. He made my day!

My refrigerator had been making weird noises and the water dispenser wasn't working. As soon as Oliver touched it the water was working again after I tried it for 2 days. 🙄 Oliver continued to check over the appliance. His demeanor is gentle spirited.
