Oliver from Fox Dual Services offered to come on a holiday without an additional fee to get my leaking washer fixed (see pic). With a new puppy, this was very generous. He arrived early, explained what was wrong, fixed it within one hour and gave me another tip to prevent a future issue. Fox also uses Venmo and has a 30 day guarantee. I didn’t know Oliver or Fox beforehand. He made my day!

Oliver showed up on time and I explained what the problem was and how it was "fixed" by a previous Thumbtack pro. He was able to find the problem and told me what was fixed earlier, was not the actual problem. He was very clear and explained step by step what was happening and causing the problem.
