We are a family owned and operated business out of Kenly NC. We specialize in Appliance repair/ installation, TV Mounting, Network, computer repair, Security Cameras, Home audio, and Furniture Assembly. We believe in doing a good job at a fair price for our customers. We are no longer doing free estimates. Our service call is $80 to come out and give an estimate. Should you hire us to do the job the $80 will be deducted from the total charge. Also no estimates will be given over the phone. Thanks and have a blessed day!

I had a great experience with this company. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. The technician was friendly, explained the issue clearly, and took the time to thoroughly clean and fix the problem. Very honest. They did not try to sell me unnecessary repairs or charge me for things that weren’t needed. I will definitely use their services again if needed.

Oliver from Fox Dual Services offered to come on a holiday without an additional fee to get my leaking washer fixed (see pic). With a new puppy, this was very generous. He arrived early, explained what was wrong, fixed it within one hour and gave me another tip to prevent a future issue. Fox also uses Venmo and has a 30 day guarantee. I didn’t know Oliver or Fox beforehand. He made my day!

Oliver showed up on time and I explained what the problem was and how it was "fixed" by a previous Thumbtack pro. He was able to find the problem and told me what was fixed earlier, was not the actual problem. He was very clear and explained step by step what was happening and causing the problem.
