- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally will quote most jobs based on size and what is involved .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically like to meet a customer and see the job. Face to face we can discuss and envision the project that needs to be completed. Knowing we are both on the same page we can start the project and work until it is completed and the customer is satisfied with the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in and out of the construction field for 20 plus years doing a variety of jobs. I have apprenticed in many jobs mostly related to carpentry and painting/design as they are what I enjoy doing best.
