- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am continuing my education at the International Culinary School at the Art Institute for a bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management. Also, I am in the process of becoming a member of various culinary organizations to stay on top of the latest trends and developments.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always done what was expected of me - good job making good money; however, there was no reward or true passion. I decided to go to culinary school and do something that I have loved to do all my life.
