- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will provide a set price to stand by. There is no additional fee if the 'one day' job turns into two because of something I overlooked.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In addition to a phone conversation. I prefer to visit in person not only to provide a more exact quote but so they can meet the one who will be working in their home.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A client that I regularly clean windows for asked my if I had experience with refinishing wood (which I do). Her front entryway was damaged by the sun so I refinished it and it looks great. My client thinks so too !
