Fredy responded quickly and gave me an estimate that seemed reasonable.The next day he had the parts to fix a dryer duct issue. The dryer duct was made of flexible, metal and it had been shredded and torn apart, and the dryer exhaust was venting into the crawlspace. He replaced with solid 4 inch metal ductwork that met code( the flexible metal ductwork did not) and sealed it and hung it in a fashion that it didn’t interfere with other pipe work in the crawlspace. He was highly professional and explained to me what he was doing, which seem to make a lot of sense since I had investigated how to repair it beforehand. I thought this was excellent service prompt and of reasonable cost and I would not hesitate to use him again.

My 20 year old AC unit finally gave up. Fredy did a fantastic job from start to finish. Called me within minutes of my inquiry, came out to inspect the unit within an hour and had a new unit delivered and installed by early afternoon of the next day. Will also be using them going forward for my regular maintenance.
