Carlos quoted me for a drywall and painting project. The agreement was for me to buy materials. He sent me the list and we made the agreement of when to start. The day of the project start I delivered the materials at 8:00am and he gave me a list of MORE! The additional materials added up to close to $1000!! I brought back 2 gallons of primer and he told me he needed 4. He said go buy the 5 gallon bucket : I did so and guess what. The bucket has about 3 gallons of primer left in it ! He wrongly estimated on how much paint to buy that cannot be returned. Even made me purchase trash bags for the job! Very unprofessional. Paint job was mediocre : painted around the blinds in the bedroom window sill, left a mess and didn’t wipe down anything. Upon completion of the job I used zelle for payment and he claimed to have not gotten it. Very frustrating and unprofessional experience
