The Tech that came to my house for my Annual maintenance program was awesome. His name was Joe very knowledgeable and did a great job. He went Above and beyond what he needed to do. Kellan, the technician, came out to service the Heating/AC unit on February 19, 2026. He was very friendly, provided professional service and seem to enjoy his work. He throughly explained what he was going to do. He cleaned the unit, checked the filters and checked the thermostat to be sure it was working correctly. Every thing was good except I need to change a filter with a rare size.
Kellan was very through with any questions I asked. I was very pleased with Kellan coming to my home and servicing the unit. Thank you!
