We’ve had Bradley come out a few times for regular maintenance, and he is always very friendly and knowledgeable. This time, we called because our furnace was no longer working, it would click on and off for a few seconds. They were able to send Bradley the very next day, and he quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it. I really appreciate how knowledgeable he is and that he takes the time to explain what’s wrong and answer any questions I have.

Curtis was prompt, pleasant and very helpful. He checked my Furnace thoroughly and explained that the heat differential issue ahd the humming when trying to ignite the furnace was intermittent and informed me that he could not duplicate either problem, msybe because it’s warm outside. He said if problems persist he will come back to investigate. I will try to record the humming issue when it’s cold in the morning.
