I just had warranty service done on a heat pump unit that Rudy Cools installed a couple of years ago. Excellent response and quick solution at the height of a heat wave. Would not go anywhere else.

Rudy Cools is the bomb! They are attentive, knowledgeable and very professional, but relaxed. We feel like they are a part of our family. Brian and the staff couldn't have been more friendly. We have had several companies look at our situation and come back with prices and recommendations that we questioned. Rudy Cools quoted us a better system and some add-ons for a little more cost, but when comparing apples to apples we still got a better price lookling at the overall system. We trust them and highly recommend them.
I wanted to add to my post - We've had this system for a while now. Well, they replaced the original system that was installed and thank you for that, BUT the system has not worked consistently and we have had to call them to come out, at least 5 times since. Everytime someone comes, they say "We found out what it is. It's xyz and I've got it fixed." Well, no, it has not been fixed. All we want is a system that works. The one we had before this one was 15 yearsw old, kept up the temperature, did what it was supposed to do and this one, with all of the rebates still does not function properly. This last technician we had today, was very good. He accessed the problem and said he could not repair it and that someone would call on Monday...

Our techician, Jeff, was fantastic! He diagnosed the problem quickly, shows us what the problem was and explained how he would fix it. He even gave us specific tips on how to better maintain our system! We’ve used Rudy Cools for years and will continue calling them for all of our HVAC needs!
