- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$55 is my usual fee for malware/virus removal. Labor for screen repair and power port is $90.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with the customer in my home and discuss the events that led up to their problem. Over the next 24 hours, I fully test and analyze all issues and call the customer with a prognosis.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started my career in 1991 when I started working for a corporation building PC's. Eventually, I was promoted to handling all returned merchandise and providing technical support to businesses all over the U.S. Since then, I have received formal training from Microsoft and hold certificates for Computer Repair and Windows. I have experience in Web Design and programming, as well as graphic design. In 2011, I obtained a degree in Broadcasting which provided me with extensive knowledge in video and audio editing, as well as voiceovers. When it comes to computers, I have worked everywhere from hardware and networking to software and web development.
