- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's fair and I get great discounts on parts which I pass along. Tipping is always allowed (kidding).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to get a feel for the level of comfort with technology that each customer has. I take notes about the configuration of the computer and I get a general feel for the way the customer likes to work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started working on computers when hard drives (and disk drives) hadn't even been invented yet, so all of my knowledge comes from my work.
