- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will never upcharge. Our pricing reasonable and affordable and is always given prior to the job. We are devoted I'm providing premier customer service and quality care!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get their name, and number or email; find out exactly what problems they have; send them a proposal prior to the job; have them confirm and review the proposal to make sure everything they are wanting is covered.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Completed the carpet cleaning technician course offered by jon-don for IICRC with plenty of years in experience.
