- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is designed to be simple, transparent, and all-inclusive. Most services are based on the size and condition of your pool or hot tub, as well as how often service is needed. We include chemicals, water balancing., and routine maintenance in our weekly service plans so there are no surprises. You'll always know what to expect, and we'll walk you through everything before getting started.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick conversation to understand your pool or hot tub - size, condition, and what you're looking for (one-time service or ongoing maintenance). From there, we provide clear pricing and schedule your first visit. On the initial serve, we do a full cleaning, test and balance the water, and check your equipment to make sure everything is running properly. After that, we keep things consistent to your water stays clean and stress-free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from being in the pool and spa industry for over 10 years from hands-on work in pool and hot tub care, including water chemistry, equipment operation, and maintenance best practices. We focus on doing things the right way - proper water balancing, safe chemical use, and consistent maintenance - so your pool or hot tub stays clean, clear and functioning properly.
