- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the needs of customers. If you need EVERYTHING, we have quote for that. If you need just your floors and bathrooms, We have a quote for that. We do not have hidden or surprise fees. We also customize quotes for those that are on a budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, when we work with new customers, we try to get to know them. We take a tour before we clean, and get to know the house. We are very precise on who starts where and We give you an estimated time on when We will be done. We are very friendly and we always work with a smile!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I don’t think that cleaning requires any training, but to listen to what is needed to be done. However, it does require some education. I research all the time what kind of products to use for certain areas. It never hurts to learn to new things.
