Introduction
I am AFAA group fitness certified and CPR/First Aid certified. I instruct classes at my local YMCA, but I would be more than happy to work one-on-one with you if you are seeking to lose, gain, or maintain weight (or if you just want some sessions to learn new workout routines and focus on overall wellness). I am very goal-oriented, and I am a health nut, but I am very focused on injury prevention and overall health and wellness. Let me know if you are interested!
