Make sure that you feel comfortable with the Realtor that you choose to help you buy or sale a home. Your Realtor needs to be knowledgeable, understanding to your wants & needs rather than their pocketbook, motivated, and most important in my book...trust worthy! Trust me, there are those types of Realtor out there ;)
