Ingrid came to our rescue and replaced our dryer outlet, a breaker, and even checked that our dryer wasn’t damaged by the electrical issues we had from a previous owner. She was excellent! She explained everything, which was super helpful, and was very friendly. She was great with our (barking) dog too! We highly recommend and will be sure to ask for her again!!

I manage an apartment complex and my maintenance guy ran into an issue he could not resolve. We called Mr. Electric and they were out here in a timely manner and was able to fix the problem at a reasonable cost. Andrew was very knowledgeable and professional. Andy was on time and knowledgeable. Good advice for our planned future work and he gave us various options.Update several weeks later after more work by Andy: We are repairing and upgrading a new home in Burlington, NC. As we are moving from Durham, my realtor recommended Mr. Electric. We could not be more pleased with the service and technical competence of Mr. Electric to date. Andy, their electrician, has been wonderful in talking us through what is needed from a technical perspective to obtain the electrical services in the house for our upgrades. He also did a cleanup and upgrade to our main electrical box...which definitely needed it. He installed GFCI plugs and put in a whole house surge protection. He will be returning to do more electrical upgrade services in the coming several weeks, so I may post a new review once this work is done. So far, I am impressed and satisfied.

I was searching for a company online, looking at who had the most reviews figuring, the more the better.not in this case. Our power (after a storm) put some of our electricity out and I needed to get this fixed as quick as possible because I would have to travel to see my dad who has stage 4 cancer and now on feeding tube and has developed pneumonia. I called those tons of reviewed companies to only be told, its a holiday and cant help, or charging outrageous fee to come on a holiday. I saw this company with just a dozen reviews (not at the time knowing they recently started the business here in Burlington) those reviews were great! I called and Rene was outstanding. Tried so hard to see if he could get someone out to fix our issue. No one was available (understandable being holiday), so Rene helped me as much as he could over the phone. Sadly it seemed as though a circuit breaker may be the issue. He got Andrew out at 9 the next morning. Andrew was phenomenal. Very polite, informative and went right to work checking everything. The issue was found (breaker needed replaced). He explained everything and gave me the cost. He went to go buy the part and he came back, fixed it and checked everything to make sure all was good and working. Even did a safety check. Hands down, my go to company now for anything electrical. Please.if you need a electrician, call them. So happy I did. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Mr. Electric came and gave us a free estimate to mount a ceiling fan with light in our living room, an outdoor porch light and an exhaust fan/light, an under cabinet light and new light switches and 2 GFCI receptacles for our bathroom (we are still need of paint in the bathroom). When we decided to accept their job proposal they came and did the work promptly. Andrew & Mario were polite, and finished the job that same day. They addressed our concerns and we were completely satisfied with their work. We highly recommend Mr.Electric for your electrical needs.
