Paul and his helper were great. I hired them to install a dishwasher. They showed up promptly, communicated about everything they were doing, and even moved my old appliance out and listed it on Craigslist for me. Over and above - I will hire them again for all my handyman needs. Thanks, guys!

We are in the planning stages of a large project. I was getting overwhelmed and Paul broke it down into Phases. He then helped us determine what the labor and material cost would be for each Phase. What initially felt like an overwhelming project, requiring us to pony up a large chunk of change, instead became a manageable project we are taking in bite sized chunks. He fixed a door that wouldn't close. Also repaired a leaky outdoor faucet. Completed both items with high quality work and we will definitely use him again if we have any more items we need done.

Paul did a great job with consulting, installation and billing of my requested service. When you have multiple rental properties and you cannot see the work required with every tenant request, you need someone you can trust to advise . He did just that for this project. I am hopeful that the durability of the repair lasts but I know alot of that is dependent on the tenant. At this time, I have no reason to believe that there were any problems with the repair and I will definitely use him again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is fair we offer fixed rates so if it takes Longer to do great work then that’s what it takes. You will never pay more than the guaranteed max price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you view the quote right away you will be eligible for 30 minutes of free handyman time if you book with us. I like to speak to them on the phone and in many cases do a site visit before giving a quote. I also give the quote is for a fixed price and I will take as long as it takes to provide the right quality
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied With my dad for many many years and he was a very talented electrician, mechanic, carpenter and plumber.
