Miguel and his team did a great job. It wasn't a super big task, but I needed help installing a wildlife cover over the vent and it was in a tricky spot. He and his team were able to get it done in 5 minutes!

Miguel and his team did a terrific job fixing the trim and fascia of my house where an overzealous woodpecker pecked huge holes, resulting in water damage. The repair was done quickly and the new pieces blend perfectly with the rest of the house. I would definitely hire M.A. Renovations again.

Miguel and his crew painted our entire house (interior), stained my sun porch and sanded and painted my front door. They did this on a tight timeline and did it beautifully! My house looks brand new and I believe they are a BIG reason our house sold in a day. Miguel gave me a great price and left my house spotless! I will absolutely hire them in the future!

Miguel came the week prior to assess the issue and provide a quote. Originally wanted them to pull up existing laminate floor, replace the subfloor and insulation then relay the existing laminate. We knew the price might change based on what we found after pulling up the floor. We found a bigger problem than expected from water damage but Miguel and his team were able to repair the damage and replace the existing floor while I look for new flooring options. They were respectful of my home and took additional measures to protect furniture and flooring. His team worked diligently and for an extremely fair price. I would hire them again in the future.
