FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing goes by the size of the job with a minimum amount to take a job. I charge $50 per outlet that is pulled. The minimum cost for any job is $200. Veterans and active service members will always receive a discount. TV mounts range depending on size and additional services requested. TV mounts and hardware must be supplied by the customer. $89 for a TV up to 50 inches. TV mounts over 50 inches to 70 inches is $129. A mount and wire conceal is $229 regardless of TV size and the concealment will be in a provided cord cover. We will not mount over a fire place. All wall covers and wires will be provided by the customer. Wall plates and wires can be purchased for the following cost: $25 for 6 foot HDMI cable, $15 for each wall plate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to do a walkthrough of a job and explain my thinking of how the job should go. Once I explain my portion and I know that my customer understands what will happen, I get a verbal agreement from my customer to proceed with my plan. After my work is completed, I will instruct my customer on how my completed project will function and clear up any other questions that may be out there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been professionally trained in the use of coaxial cable, Cat5/Cat6 cable, and fiber optic cabling. I also do TV mounting regularly as requested by customers, averaging about 10 per month.
