Overall great experience and my issue was solved. The first person that came out could’ve been much more thorough. The mechanics from the second visit acknowledged the issue from the first and let me know what really needed to be done. Ultimately I needed my whole unit replaced (the refrigerant, my unit needed was no longer in production and was super expensive) so we scheduled that they worked with me and were professional and courteous. Big shoutout to Jack and Jeremy for helping me stay cool for the rest of the summer.

A tech came out and did a couple of things. I was concerned that what he did hadn’t actually fixed the issue, but I paid them anyway. Three hours after they left, it was hotter in my house than before. I called back, and he basically told me I need to pay over $2,000 to fix the problem—which doesn’t make sense to me, since it’s a new system.
