I help empower my clients through healing modalities to transform, connect, and deepen the meaning of daily life. The word holistic means that we take an approach to treat the whole person physically and emotionally and not just looking through a lens of disease and symptoms. I specialize in helping people reignite their passions, manage anxiety, find harmony in relationships, learn conscious communication, anger management, self-esteem, and processing trauma to stop reliving the same stories that have always held you back. I use a variety of modalities and it varies person to person as we are all different. I offer a free 20 minute consult and have different rates for single sessions versus packages! Offerings: Within my team, we offer 1:1 licensed therapy, private yoga, tea ceremonies, nutrition coaching, body work, physical rehabilitation, soul coaching, and private chef experiences. We come to you or you can travel to us! We host ceremonies such as cacao ceremonies, retreats, weddings and baby blessings.

Taylor was wonderful to work with & my guests were very impressed by the experience we created. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer single sessions or packages. They are priced differently. I recommend a discovery call to hear more about the options. My prices are based on package deals and amount of time required. The customer completes a consultation and we decide together what the best package is for the client for 12 weeks. It takes 90 days to complete a habit change so I like to foresee this amount of time together so I know results will last and turn into a lifestyle shift.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We complete a zoom or in person consultation covering the basics of integrative health. We look at many different aspects of everyday life and see where the focus of the program needs to be. We then make a schedule and plan for 12 weeks to reach the goals we establish in our consultation.
