Lauren Wilhelm is the most competent and caring nutrition, wellness and mindset coach in the Triad. Lauren taught me that healthy eating is a lifestyle, not just a short term fad diet. By preparing three meals and two snacks from the Growholo comprehensive meal plans each day since March 2020, I have lost 34 pounds in just 10 months ! The light walking and stretching exercises I learned from Lauren have revved up my energy level and reduced stress. I went through Taylors nutrition coaching and received amazing results. I was looking to get more from my workouts and was wanting to hit a certain body fat percentage. I’ve worked with Taylor (Groholo owner) for several years between fitness, nutrition, and life coaching. To paint a better picture, I’m in my mid-20s, very physically active, prioritize health very much, and Taylor is still a huge value add to my life and wellness experience. She is knowledgeable with the science behind nutrition and physical fitness. She is personable and adaptable as a coach and advocate. Taylor helps me keep life on track to be frank and I willingly pay for her services every month to maintain the progress we’ve made together.   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    My prices are based on package deals and amount of time required. The customer completes a consultation and we decide together what the best package is for the client for 12 weeks. It takes 90 days to complete a habit change so I like to foresee this amount of time together so I know results will last and turn into a lifestyle shift.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We complete a zoom or in person consultation covering the basics of integrative health. We look at many different aspects of everyday life and see where the focus of the program needs to be. We then make a schedule and plan for 12 weeks to reach the goals we establish in our consultation.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    -OTR/L -HSN Nutrition -CPT -Yogafit/RYT 200 Yoga Alliance -CrossFit -Clinical Assessment of Fitness Athlete -10,000 + hours coaching mind/body/soul practices
