- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally Charge a $75 service fee. I charge $75 hourly for my services. My previous customers can attest to the quality of my work. Other service prices vary according to project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I like to greet the customer. I want my customers to feel comfortable after all we are strangers to one another. I then allow the customer to explain the problem they are having or the upgrades they would like to make.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from a two-year associates degree program at a technical school. I worked for NCDPS for about 8 years doing Electrical and HVAC repair. Also my family is in the rental property business and to lower our operating costs we do our own work. We have been in the rental business for over 30 years. I obtained a vast amount of experience servicing our properties. Service work has become a passion of mine. I love the challenge of solving problems. In all my years I have yet to find a problem I could not solve in an efficient and cost effective manner.
