Desper Installation was prompt, professional, responsive, honest, and committed to the quality my project throughout the entire process. After initial contact, Jonathan setup a time and date to access the scope of my project to provide a detailed and itemized estimate before work began. Once we agreed, they handled every detail from there until the project was complete. I even added some changes from our initial meeting and estimate and they were able to accommodate with ease. Even with some slight delays in materials, they responded with a much appreciated sense of urgency in order to complete the task as quickly as possible. I will without a doubt hire them for my next project.
