I had a great experience with Desper’s installation team! They showed up on time and got straight to work, completing the job flawlessly. Both partners were friendly, courteous, and highly professional. Their expertise and attention to detail were evident in their work. Highly recommended for anyone in need of reliable installation services!

Desper Installation was prompt, professional, responsive, honest, and committed to the quality my project throughout the entire process.

After initial contact, Jonathan setup a time and date to access the scope of my project to provide a detailed and itemized estimate before work began. Once we agreed, they handled every detail from there until the project was complete. I even added some changes from our initial meeting and estimate and they were able to accommodate with ease. Even with some slight delays in materials, they responded with a much appreciated sense of urgency in order to complete the task as quickly as possible.

I will without a doubt hire them for my next project.

Jonathan installed the roller shades at ECU Health in Greenville, in the staff lounge. They turned out GREAT! Got the job completed in just one day, no problems at all. Also, don’t mind the exposed ceilings
