- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our hourly rate is 125$. We also offer flat rates for several small items such as light replacements, outlet replacements, and switch replacements.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to work in a free quote for customers to give them an idea on what the project costs. Alot of times we are able to do this over the phone unless a site visit is necessary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified with OSHA 10 hr safety course, and have taken code book training to be knowledgeable with the 2023 NEC codes standards.
