Dillon was amazing, from reaching out immediately to figure out what I needed done, to getting scheduled and on the books, him getting to work and cleaning up behind him, and even installing an outlet that I’ve been putting off for a while. Dillon did a great job troubleshooting my ethernet issues, we had an odd setup. He fixed our 2 hardwired cords and installed an additional ethernet cord for my son's gaming PC cause he's moving rooms in house. Got everythimg done quickly and professionally. He came as promised and communicated well to get time scheduled. We're so satisfied that we're getting him to quote another job in our house. Fair pricing, overall very happy to get our issue fixed!

Our hourly rate is 125$. We also offer flat rates for several small items such as light replacements, outlet replacements, and switch replacements.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to work in a free quote for customers to give them an idea on what the project costs. Alot of times we are able to do this over the phone unless a site visit is necessary.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified with OSHA 10 hr safety course, and have taken code book training to be knowledgeable with the 2023 NEC codes standards.
