I had a burning wood smell in my kitchen when using outlets. I really appreciated that he made extra effort to get out to inspect the issue due to safety concerns. I found his pricing to be reasonable. He was friendly, knowledgeable and yes, he fixed the issue and made sure to add needed GFI outlets. I will use K&K Electrical any time I need an electrician!

Dillon was a pleasure to work with. He had a challenge to find out why 3 rooms in my house lost power unexpectedly. After checking everything in the house and under the house, he determined that one of my meters had been turned off by the power company. He was right and I was able to contact the power company with that information and get it turned back on.

Very professional responded very quickly same day provided a quote by the next day came and did the work. The following week would fast very efficient cleaned up his own mouth. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our hourly rate is 125$. We also offer flat rates for several small items such as light replacements, outlet replacements, and switch replacements.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to work in a free quote for customers to give them an idea on what the project costs. Alot of times we are able to do this over the phone unless a site visit is necessary.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified with OSHA 10 hr safety course, and have taken code book training to be knowledgeable with the 2023 NEC codes standards.
