Absolutely the best experience. Our first meeting he helped me with information on the windowtreatment. Sal was able to give me a quote right on the spot. Sal did a great job helping me to select the right windowtreatments for my home at the right price point. Sal and his partner were extremely punctual, called when they were on their way, and got those blinds up on the windows in no time. Several weeks later, I see that the job was done with care and attention to detail, there are no wobbles, unevenness, or snags. Shades travel up and down smoothly and tilt with ease. Working with Sal (Don't be Blinded by the Light) was a fantastic experience. Friendly, professional and prompt. We had 3 skylight and 5 bay window shades installed and could not be happier. Sal showed us many options to choose from and the pricing was the lowest compared to the other estimates we received. Custom ordered the shades (took about 10 days) and they installed shortly after that. Work took less than an hour and results were outstanding. Will be using Sal again next year to do the rest of the windows in the house!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my products are extremely discounted because I am a direct dealer, I don't have the overhead of a storefront and several employees that's why I can be cheaper than anybody else in this industry.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
all you have to do is give me a call or a text message and we'll set up an appointment, I come to your house and measure and we decide together what would work best for your windows. I require a deposit to place the order and the remainder of the balance gets paid when everything is done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
before I went on my own 100% I've worked with other contractors that were very experienced and I learned what not to do. the best advice is to learn from mistakes, Once I passed that uncertainty I started out on my own because ive gained a lot of confidence.
