What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will call our client 30 minutes before arrival to confirm our appointment as well as letting them know a tech is on their way to the home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Technicians have a 4 year schooling (trade school) completed and a journeyman card. We have the NC electrical contractors license.
