Introduction: Open you heart, free mind. We offer private yoga lessons. I am a yoga instructor in Hampstead, NC. I have been practicing yoga for 20 years. I am about to graduate off the Yoga for the Planet 200-hour teacher training program with Rebecca Niamtu. What I can offer you in private sessions is devoted attention to your body's needs, personal alignment cues that will help to expand your practice, and yogic philosophy and teachings which will help to deepen your understanding and integration of yoga into everyday life. Over time, you will likely find yourself more at peace, and moving through the world with a steadier, more mindful rhythm. Join me in waking up and deepening your conscious awareness! My rates are as follows: *1 hour for $45; ten 1-hour sessions for $400 *1.5 hours for $55; ten 90-minute sessions for $500 I can host classes in my home in Carrboro or travel to you, though the latter may precipitate a discussion about travel costs and compensation.
