About
I am a self taught chef. Trained in seafood & fine dinning restaurants. I use only the freshest, local seafood from our shore, organic produce & meats from Currituck & Dare Counties when possible. Purchasing the day of or just the day before the event provides the client with the best possible product. Our clients (you & your guest) are pampered, served as royality, then we clear, clean up and leave your beach home as we found it.

First night Chicken Parm and pasta Chicken Parm very tender and tasty -pasta good and plenty of it Wanted penne pasta got Bow tie pasta Second night-disaster struck Came an hour late , Clams, crabs, shrimp, supposed to have potatoes (never got) corn was half an ear - seven items missing - tools for crabs, cocktail sauce, old bay, crackers (was supposed to be crostini) for dip, butter and so on. We had to wait additional 35 min For rest (still no potatoes) to arrive. Dawn herself delivered what she could get and two bottles of champagne and store bought cake. Appreciate the effort but night was a disaster this was the most expensive of the dinners $65 a person ten person minimum. Sorry not worth the cost. A 6:30 meal was started after 8:30 No compensation offered Third night Mexican - Tuma for tacos extremely dry, not enough cabbage mixture or sour cream for tacos to cover 10 people. Would not recommend this meal - no one even wanted any leftovers had to throw it out. The homemade $65 chocolate cake for a birthday celebration unfortunately was also a disaster - extremely extremely dry, frosting was good but that's all. Thank goodness we bought ice cream from local store Even the kids wouldn't eat the cake, another throw out. I have never thrown away a chocolate cake in my life. This one was tossed. The toothpicks inside the cake were an interesting find for a few of us. I am sorry I could never recommend this service except for chicken Parm meal. No compensation was ever offered. It was nice of her to bring champagne but that's not what I had ordered nor needed.
