Janet, our website and marketing coordinator, assisted Carolina BalloonFest to improve our event's regional and national profile in the last 3 or 4 years. As a non profit, our website is critical to distribute all current event information. One of our biggest successes has been our advance ticket sales. She has gone above and beyond expectations to ensure our festival information is distributed on time and across multiple media outlets, including month to month website updates and social media engagements. This has resulted in doubling our advance sale tickets each of the last 2 years. Sometimes because of Janet's creative spirit and enthusiasm she has a tendency to try to do too many things at once. When she focuses in on the task at hand everything works well.
