I was fortunate to win a complimentary mini-session with Cory through a contest. Though it was complimentary, Cory delivered top-notch, full-service treatment! We recently moved to the area and he recommended a great location. Prior to our session he asked if there were particular shots I'd like him to capture. Photo days can be stressful however the session felt very easy and natural. Did I mention the photos of my 2 fur babies are gorgeous!!!! I highly recommend Pets Are Really Cool if you are looking for a petphotographer. It's truly been an enjoyable and high-quality experience!

This was our first time getting a professional shot of little Oscar. We weren't really sure at first because he's quite the handful and hard to get to sit still. Cory did a great job at getting low to the ground and getting a great action shot. He even managed to get some pretty picturesque shots of him after he was tuckered out and still. We have a huge Oscar portrait above his water bowl now. I think he really loves it.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Provide the minimum details I request and then we can work out what time and where that works best for your pet and you.
Minimum details:
Type of pet.
Number of pets to be photographed (additional fee for more than 1).
Name of pet(s).
Type of package you would like.
Location where the shoot would take place.
3-4 desired dates and times (if known).
Any specific types of shots you would like, action, portrait, photos with you and the pet, etc.
Any details about your pet(s) that would be useful information. For example, are they treat motivated, toy motivated, trained, personality type, etc.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had a friend take pictures of my dog in 2012 and those photos mean so much to me that I decided I wanted to give that to others. I want to capture the amazing personality that each pet has for their pet parent!
