Chef Anthony was friendly, well-organized and extremely personable. He made the planning of my surprise birthday dinner go off withoit a hitch. His charismatic personality made the experience a memorable one for us both. About the food... words cannot express how amazing, unique and delicious the food tasted. Ever bite was bursting with flavor and the presentation and attention to detail was superior. Thanks again Chef for making this event a memorable occassion for us both.

Chef Anthony was prompt, and professional during our Christmas Banquet. The food was awesome & very tasty! My Pastor does not usually eat chicken but, tried the chicken made by Chef Anthony and he loved it! We only had 2 exceptions during the banquet. The 1st exception was the mac & cheese was made with Gouda cheese and the children were not pleased. Next time we would make adjustments for them. The other exception was that we ran out of drinks too soon. In all we were very pleased and look forward to having Chef Anthony cater our next event. Thank you Sir.

Chef Anthony & Co. has catered numerous events for us. The experiences have been fantastic! At one event we hosted, we asked for special experience. As requested they prepared fresh food in our kitchen, and interacted with the guest while giving us a complete culinary experience. When the food was out, everyone kept raving about how GREAT it was. Our guests continued to rave about the food weeks after the party! Not only was the food delicious and exactly what we wanted, the chefs, bartender, and staff were extremely professional and courteous to our guests. They smiled and went the extra mile, which made our guests feel even better about the time they were having at our party. Their clean-up was perfection and they did not leave a trace behind. Chef Anthony and Co. exceeded our expectations, and we will continue to use them again in the future! They are not the least expensive catering company, but they are a great value! We definitely got everything we paid for along with great lasting memories of our event.

Chef Anthony was commissioned to cater our daughter's First Communion/Surprise 50th birthday party after he was recommended by a family member. Since it was our first time hiring a caterer, we had no idea what to expect. But Chef Anthony KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK! He came to our house and offered us a tasting sample of what he had to offer beforehand. When the day came for the party, he arrived on time with everything we asked for and then some! The food was delicious and hot, and the portions were more than we could have imagined (so much so that we had leftovers even after feeding 50+ people!). Working through his assistant and directly with him was an absolute pleasure! He really took the time to talk with us, assuage any concerns we may have had, and also helped us work within our budget We couldn't have asked for a more professional, courteous and pleasant experience than the one with had with Chef Anthony and his team! We will DEFINITELY keep him in mind for any of our parties/festivities in the future! - Amy & Tyrone

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Respectfully... I share with customers that when you request food and catering services. Keep this in mind, "essential" you are paying for labor accompanied by a service. A customer may absorb 3 more cost like food, clean-up, set-up, transportation and miscellaneous depending on the service provider. Full service or drop off service plus the type of food a customer wants and guest count will be factored in. "NEVER COMPRISE YOUR FOOD QUALITY" for a low bid!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical we like to find out all the details of the event and get a broad understanding of what type of menu they are looking for. That will give us a clear direction to what a customer wants. It's all about customization, details and affordable.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor degree in culinary arts from The international culinary schools at the Art Institutes. I have five years of outdoor vending and catering experience. I've worked as a private chef for FedEx corporate for the democratic convention in Charlotte North Carolina in 2012
