The owner Jordan was quick to respond. We had a 2003 RUUD with rusted heatexchange and was time for replacement.Two other companies quoted higher. Jordan has lots of experience and started his company bc he knew he could deliver great value.Very good to work with. One day turnaround to get a unit installed, thoughtful of us keeping warm.New Goodman unit working well, with 10-20 yr warranty on unit and heatexchange. He offered flexible payment options with 0% 24 mo financing. (He did offer a quote to repair the old unit but the buy made sense)

Born and raised in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina Moved to Concord, North Carolina with my uncle when I graduated high school First started and install and worked my way up to new construction and commercial gas piping Then led myself to Service technician of residential and commercial equipment Then eventually became field supervisor for a local company Decided I didn’t like how homeowners were being treated and the prices that they were seeing.
