Our technician arrived earlier than expected which was very good. He checked everything and explained what was wrong and what he needed to do to correct the problem. He was very courteous and professional with a very pleasing personality. Had an issues with our AC not cooling and on and off for over 3 years and then it finally stopped working. We contacted Urgent Air and they quickly responded and came out to check our unit. Since our unit was old we decided to order a new one. Mo took care of us and ordered the unit ASAP. They even came out and installed it at night so we would have the AC working the next day due to expected high temperatures. Just can’t say enough about Mo and his team!
