The idea for the business is good but the way it’s being executed is the problem. I normally only give 5 star reviews or no review at all, but I think it’s necessary to share a “true” experience so the owner can do better in the future or the potential customer can decide if they want to deal with foolishness. The business is slow to respond took at least 72 hours, then the messages are short and inconsistent. Meanwhile I’m toiling and tasking away moving a 2900 sq ft home all by myself. I covered about 85% and needed some help getting to the finish line. I needed about 6-7 cabinets packed and boxes labeled, so I can then focus on other tasks. I told her my location, she then went on to say hours later, let me call my friend in your area. I told her what I needed done shouldn’t take more than 2 hours I see you’re $70 an hour. She then replied 48 hours later we have a 3-hour minimum.. Why not put that in your about me section, why isn’t this referenced so a potential customer can bypass your business if their needs don’t match your minimum? Like I stated earlier, the business idea is good, but the business acumen and customer service is beyond subpar. The interaction truly deserves 1-star for the time that was wasted.
