I have a 15 year rod and noticed some staining in my living room ceiling.
George came out and took his time and did a thorough assessment of my roof and its needs including my concerns and with pictures showed me what needs to be done to extend the life of the roof.
I have a large roof, there was a lot of little things and I think the estimate was good value to extend the life of the roof.

I needed some repairs done to the soffit and fascia on my ADU and George was the perfect guy for the job! He was responsive throughout the whole process, communicated clearly the work he expected to be done, and executed the job flawlessly. The unit looks as good as new, all for a very reasonable price. I’d absolutely call George again the next time I have roofing needs

What a fabulous experience!!! George was incredibly thorough, punctual, reliable, and kind. He took a weight off my shoulders doing a household task I dread, and did it way better than I ever did it. I loved his work quality so much- I set up a consistent schedule to the gutters cleaned, and asked him to make some repairs to fix a couple of spots on the roof that needed repairing.

George came to my house to look at my skylights and particularly one where I suspected there was a leak. While up on the roof he determined that the caulking around skylight needed to be replaced as well as the gaskets on roof. He stated that the gaskets were in desperate need of repair. He gave me an excellent price for the job and came back a week later to perform job. He also painted in the house where there was a slight water stain from the skylight. All in all, I was extremely pleased with his very quick response to my inquiry as well as the value for the work. I would highly recommend George for any work you may need in your house!
