If you need HVAC, Tim is the guy you want - period. He got our system working in nothing flat. It was clear really quickly that he wasn't there to just try and sell us something. He was there to get what we already had fixed, and to do it as quickly and cheaply as possible. Despite the other good reviews I had read on him, I was still worried (like anytime you use Thumbtack) that I might be getting some 'shade tree' mechanic of HVAC. But no, he came across as a highly trained professional, and it showed in his work. And he somehow managed to do most of it in the tiny tiny crawl space under our house (see the pic) and he is not a little guy! We couldn't be more happy with the work. And he seems like a great guy too. We have already recommended to others, and will continue to do so. Contact Tim, you won't regret it.
