Matt actually ended up not doing the job, as once he saw the issue he knew of a very simple solution that I could easily implement myself. He knew it would not be cost effective for either of us for him to do it- the solution was not one I had considered and could be easily executed by me with a few off the self supplied from Home Depot. I greatly appreciate Matt's honesty and candor. If I have a larger grading and drainage job in the future, this will be my first call!

It was super refreshing to work with Matt. Once I spoke with him about digging a trench, I knew he was the right person for the job. He communicated very well and showed up promptly. He was very knowledgeable about the process of installing the drain he took great care not to damage anything. His skills were masterful on the mini excavator. I would definitely work with him again.

NC Land Works did an excellent job completely redoing the complex drainage system on both of our properties in Durham. It involved a lot of trenching, removing rocks, and rerouting the drain pipes. I had some very specific requests and all of them were fulfilled. We are totally impressed with Matt's professionalism, attitude, conscientiousness, patience, and friendliness. He carefully explained what needed to be done. He listened to my concerns. I highly recommend him if you want a job done right the first time.
