Alex is fantastic. He bailed me out of an emergency twice now. Last night I texted him at 7:30pm asking if he could help me as I had a toilet that was flooding badly. I tried to plunge it for over an hour made the situation worse. I had to cut off my water. Alex showed up the next morning at 9:00 am and fixed it. Pricing is very fair, but its the customer service that sets him apart. I highly recommend pure water plumbing, you will get an honest and reliable plumber.
