I cannot speak highly enough about my experience!!! Joe was professional, thorough, knowledgeabe (where others had not been), and took his time to get to the bottom of a very complex issue and convey all available options to us relative to repairs. i will use noone else for plumbing issues in the future. You simply cannot go wrong selecting Hometown for any issues you may have!!

A previous plumber supposedly serviced/cleaned/descaled our Navien tankless waterheaters a couple of months ago, but since then the water temperature in the showers would vary from cold to somewhat warm. Joe arrived the same day as our request and discovered the heaters had not been serviced properly and explained why that would cause problems. He is very knowledgeable, and I would absolutely hire Your Hometown Plumber again!

Highly responsive (came same day), professional, personable, and helpful. They did good quality work and identified a few issues with failing materials. Their prices were on high end. The fixes, while warranted, didn’t end up solving my core issue which was with PRV failure, so would just be sure you’re pushing to find root cause over short-term fix, especially if in an old home.
All in all a pleasure to work with them!

Up front pricing, know what it will cost before we start.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would take down their information and schedule a time to come out to provide a free estimate. Most of the time we are available to complete these calls day of. Once completed we ask for a review.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My plumbing training comes from 30+ years of experience and multiple plumbing continued education classes, holding multiple plumbing related licenses in NC. We’re capable of handling the toughest issues.
