- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I see and hear what you want. I figure the best and least expensive way to do it. I price it (reasonably). I stick to that price no matter what I DO take charge cards
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Fix-its - adjust door knobs - tack down the loose edge of the carpet at the door sill - make that drawer slide better ...etc Replace-its - remove a ceiling light fixture and replace it with a fan/light - install a new faucet in the kitchen sink - replace the rotting steps to the deck Build-its - make a new deck - build a shed for the mower and tools - build a fence for the dogs,
