FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We saw a need for additional companies in the area who would be willing to take on the smaller jobs and not just do the large junk removal projects.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Appliance, furniture, small objects removal, brush or leaf removal (after they have been raked or pushed together)
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Our advise is to be careful who you hire to move items out of your house. If they are not insured and they get hurt, they may try to come back to you to pay any medical claims. This is not just true in our industry but anyone that works in your home. Also, it's important each customer understands we are providing you with an estimate. Based on what we actually see when we arrive at your location, we may need to adjust our price accordingly. Some may receive a lower price after we arrive, others it may be higher. Without actually seeing what needs to be removed, it can be difficult to provide you with a proper cost. Please understand this. We have had clients grossly underestimate how much debris they felt they had. We offer our services at a reasonable price and to do this, we need to receive a good estimate of the amount of debris we are to pick up.
