What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge based on the amount of materials you have and on what those materials are.
I also look at how close the materials are to where I’ll park my truck and trailer, if there are any obstacles such as stairs or fences. Also, if you have any specialized materials such as electronics, paints, tires etc.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to respond as soon as I can. I provide my availability and try to get as much information about the job up front. I try to communicate with the customer throughout the entire process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a full time special education teacher. I adapt and adjust to things daily. If there’s a problem I like to fix it.
